chapter 2 woohoo!

I have written the first 2 chapters! Woohoo!!!
I can't tell you how amazing it feels to be in the rhythm of writing a book again. I am loving telling my story, allowing the words to flow out through my fingers. I love having a plan and the fact I have plotted much of the book out already. I'm not finding this restrictive, and I did wonder if I would.
I am really pushing forward with my January 2010 deadline in my mind all the time. I'm just getting it written.

planning and plotting

I am loving this planning and plotting the book before I race into the chapter writing. It feels really good to know what shape and size and feel my chapters will need to take before I start.
This is going to give me more confidence as I write.

I am working my way through a series of questions about my main character. Getting to know what she is like... her favourites, what has happened to her to make her who she is, what she thinks about life, the universe and everything. Also, really a interesting idea I found in a writing book... 'what my mc thinks she is like and then what she is REALLY like' great, huh? I guess I could also write a paragraph having her best friend describe her, and her mum describing her... hmmm

sick...

I've had a sick tummy for a couple of days... it's really hard to write when your head is spinning and your tummy is... never mind lol
